Returns + Exchanges

Returns 

• All items are eligible for a full refund.

• No returns after 9 days.

• All returns must be mailed directly to the designer prior to refund.

• Customer must pay for return shipping.

• If item is damaged or lost, refund is not guaranteed. 

Exchanges

• All items are eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase.

• Customer must pay for exchange shipping to designer, but there will be no additional shipping fee on new item from exchange.
